Wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest, under arms. Keep tape parallel to floor.
Measure from the end of one shoulder seam to the other, across the back.
From the high shoulder point to the bottom hem, along the side seam.
From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff, along the top of the sleeve.
Between sizes? If you're right in between, we recommend sizing up — a slightly looser shirt is easier to wear than a tight one.
